Warehouse Specialist I

Key Responsibilities:

1. Start from daily operations management as well as performance/supplier management, get a better understanding on the supply chain.

2. Deep dive into business opportunities, partner with leadership to output the solutions to the most complex business and operational challenges.

3. Collaborate with internal & external key stakeholders, engage and lead continuous improvement projects in fulfillment area.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above with a graduation date between December 2024-September 2025.

2. Flexibility to work on shift if works in Whites town, IN (Including weekends and holidays if required)

1. Supply chain management and logistics related majors are preferred.

2. Rich experience in campus activities and off-campus internships, with class management experience/rich practical projects and other experiences are preferred.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent leadership, like independent thinking, strong problem-solving ability and execution, result oriented.

4. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

5. Strong people partnership skills with the ability to work effectively on cross-cultural and cross-functional teams, able to think big and influence across all levels of an organization.
