Job Description
Tesla is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our remote Social Media Customer Support team. As a part of this team, you will be the voice of Tesla on social media platforms, assisting our customers and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen interest in automotive and sustainable energy products.
Requirements
– Proven experience in a customer support or community management role
– Exceptional written communication skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
– Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays
– Experience with CRM tools and other customer support software is a plus
Responsibilities
– Engage with customers on social media platforms, providing support and resolving issues
– Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
– Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
– Provide feedback to management to improve customer experience and company products
– Maintain a positive and professional brand voice in all interactions
– Help identify trends and insights in social media conversations to better understand customer needs
