Anthem is currently seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Support Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients while working remotely from their home office.

Responsibilities:

– Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client concerns and deliver solutions
– Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
– Track and report on key performance metrics related to client support initiatives

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– 5+ years of experience in client support or a related role
– Independent and passionate mindset with a strong ability to work autonomously
– Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
– Persuasion skills to influence and drive change within the organization
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
