Program Manager – Xbox Integrated Marketing
We are seeking a marketing and delivery expert with a passion for games and entertainment, who can bring operational excellence to our client, Xbox. This role will support the ongoing development and evolution of demand generation and brand awareness efforts for next-gen hardware and platform experiences.
This role is responsible to collaborate and partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to create, develop and execute world class, on-brand global hardware and platform marketing campaigns. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience with product life-cycle marketing, driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, technical execution of media centric marketing campaigns, and strong project management experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with external partners and internal key stakeholders to develop core Xbox platform integrated marketing campaign executions in support of key marketing goals and objectives.
- Project manage multiple marketing campaigns and programs of various sizes in scope from numerous partners simultaneously.
- Partner closely with agency partners to assist the development of full-funnel creative marketing campaigns and supporting creative assets for video, social, digital and web channels.
- Lead campaign and creative asset routing and alignment with internal and external stakeholder teams.
- Manage creative timelines, and asset/content delivery schedules.
- Develop and deliver daily program communication status to key stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong project leader with 5+ years’ proven experience in integrated marketing, advertising, and/or campaign development experience, with or for an agency or in-house team, preferably in gaming, technology, or entertainment industries.
- Proven management of asset creation for full-funnel campaigns and in-depth understanding of the technical execution and specs for broadcast, OOH, OLV and social, digital and web channels.
- Proven ability to think strategically and creatively, while maintaining great attention to detail, internal quality control, and best-in-class creative outcomes.
- Strong project management skills and proven ability to build, track, and execute on processes from start to finish independently under rapidly changing priorities.
- Ability to gracefully lead and work on multiple projects and maintain a large quantity of shifting assets simultaneously under tight deadline pressure with strong time management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver campaign insights and reporting in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI, etc.)
- Bonus: An avid gamer – particularly knowledgeable about PC, console, and gaming trends.
