Requirements and Responsibilities for Customer Services Representatives:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must live no more than 1hr. from Richardson, TX!
- Experience providing exceptional customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Phone Etiquette, time management and ability to multitask
