DHL is seeking a passionate and dedicated Operations Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations, including coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
2. Communicate with clients and partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
3. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
4. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to optimize operations.
5. Provide support to the Operations Manager as needed.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
5. Persuasion and critical thinking skills.
