Online Client Service Manager

Job Description:

Microsoft is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the Online Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional service through online channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of online customer service best practices.

Responsibilities: –

Manage client relationships through online channels, including email, chat, and social media – Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner – Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded – Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement – Analyze data and metrics to track client satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement – Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service

Requirements: –

8+ years of experience in online client service or a related field – Independent and energetic personality traits – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to think critically and innovate solutions to client issues – Experience with CRM software and online communication tools – Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
