What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Respond to inbound calls related to Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and major medical insurance inquiries
– Resolve customer questions and issues following established guidelines and procedures
– Process non-clinical PBM rejections and assist in the prior authorization process
– Verify benefits for Major Medical through online resources or phone communication
– Document interactions and maintain records of customer contacts and actions taken

What is Required (Qualifications):
– High school diploma or GED
– Experience providing customer service in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, call center, or related industry
– Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
– Basic level PC skills, including proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Suite
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
