Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations issues effectively, addressing concerns, and promoting open communication.
Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, participate in recruitment efforts, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and coaching to drive employee growth.
Training and Development: Design and implement training initiatives to enhance employee skills and professional development.
Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring employees are well-informed and satisfied with their packages.
HR Policies and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure the company’s HR policies and procedures are in compliance.
Employee Engagement: Create and execute strategies to boost employee engagement, including organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
