As Director of Concept Design, you will help chart the future of Starbucks store experiences. Working closely with our team of strategists, storytellers and designers of all disciplines, you will collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to shape new physical expressions of our brand for partners and customers around the world.

As a Director of Global Concept Design, you will…

• • Lead a multidisciplinary team, develop strategic and operational plans, manage creative output and measure results.

• • Nurture a culture of collaboration that inspires fresh thinking, fosters curiosity and drives design excellence across the global design organization.

• • Build momentum through influence and evangelize our work across the company and industry at large.

We’d love to hear from people with:

• • 8-10 years of industry experience (architectural, environments, and retail design) with a minimum of 5 years managing and leading teams.

• • Proven ability to foster teamwork and collaboration among diverse groups and disciplines.

• • Demonstrated ability to create compelling, inspirational and holistic visions of the future.
