Job Summary:The Elite Job Call Center is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information about our products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and effective communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
