The Associate Account Executive is responsible for supporting the HEYDUDE sales team and their business priorities. This role will support all sales functions, report on and analyze sales data, build go-to-market materials and presentations; and help the sales team to achieve all goals and objectives. In this role, you will learn all aspects of sales and account management responsibilities in preparation for dynamic roles in merchandising or sales.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Establish weekly sales reporting and analysis to produce insights
Develop go-to-market presentations, materials and help coordinate line showings
Coordinate product samples and fulfill retailer requests in a timely manner
Complete retailer product set-ups prior to each go-to-market and coordinate style-outs with retail partners
Support retail marketing programs
Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and other organizational departments as needed to support the business
Assist with sell-in and sell-through for assigned accounts
Identify and track new account opportunities
Maintains updated account and sales records; analyzes and reports on accounts weekly
Provide marketplace insights to sales, brand, and leadership team (competitor information, consumer understanding, account performance, current/future marketplace penetration, etc.)
Maintains a consistent frequency of in-store visitation to ensure execution of brand presence, visual roll-out/events, etc.
Assist with preparation for monthly and seasonal business reviews with HEYDUDE partners and retailers
Establish and maintain consistent, positive relationships internally and externally
Actively participate and assist in leading account meetings including pre-lines, business reviews, and sell-in meetings
Communicate consistently and efficiently with cross-functional business units including sales management, customer service, demand planning, finance, merchandising, marketing, and business development
Communicate standard processes within the sales organization
Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
1-3 years’ experience supporting sales, merchandising, or operations; footwear experience preferred
Proven understanding of industry and competitive landscape
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Accurate and detail oriented
Strong interest in US retail and wholesale footwear landscape and consumer insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
Ability to enforce to company and department ethical standards; will make decisions with the best interest of the team, company, and HEYDUDE brand in mind
BA or BS degree required
Fluency in English required
Ability to carry and lift up to 40 pounds
Frequent travel and overnights; some night and weekend work may be required
