Job Description:
Kroger is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, and possess strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: –
Manage a team of contact center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction – Develop and implement strategies to improve contact center performance and efficiency – Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement
– Provide coaching and feedback to contact center agents to help them achieve their goals – Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
– Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner – Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact center operations
Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field – 5+ years of experience in contact center management – Strong leadership and communication skills – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software – Experience with remote work and managing virtual teams is a plus
