**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Client Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences. Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback.
– **Sales Support:** Assist in promoting General Motors products and services. Employ persuasion techniques to effectively communicate value propositions and assist clients in making informed decisions.
– **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system. Track and report on inquiries, issues, and resolutions to contribute to team performance analysis.
– **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities for improving service delivery and operational efficiency. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance personal and team skills.
– **Strategic Planning:** Collaborate with management to strategize ways to improve client experiences and implement best practices in client service and support.
**Requirements:**
– **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
– **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales, or a related role preferred.
– **Technical Skills:** Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and common communication tools.
