As a Customer Support Representative at Flipkart, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service and support through various channels. - Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Basic technical skills to troubleshoot and navigate through customer issues.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Experience:
- No prior experience required; freshers are welcome.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in using e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
Working Hours:

- Full-time positions available with a standard workweek of 40 hours.
